How will my codes be delivered?
An email from our internal website will be sent with your codes and redemption instructions. You will need a user account to access this information. You can find this in the upper right hand corner of our site in the "My Account" tab.
When will my code redeem and where?
This information may vary from title to title and is often unknown for Pre-Orders until codes are actually delivered and in stock. UltraCloudHD will do our very best to update the listing details so you are aware if the title is redeeming and where. Occasionally alternative websites such as Flixster will redeem codes before Vudu. This information will be added to the listing details if it applies.
When can I watch my movie?
This information may vary from title to title and is often unknown for Pre-Orders until codes are actually delivered and in stock. UltraCloudHD will do our very best to update the listing details so you are aware if the title is watchable and where. There may be instances where the code will redeem but the title will be placed in the "Pre-Order" section in Vudu and will not be watchable until the date specified in the Pre-Order section.
When will my code be delivered?
Codes will be delivered on or before the date specified in the product listing details. In rare instances, there may be a delay in the delivery of your code due to circumstances out of our control such as delivery delays due to poor weather conditions, release delays directly from the studios, or other various situations that may arise. UltraCloudHD will inform you of a delay as soon as we are aware and we will offer the opportunity for you to cancel your order for a full refund at that time if you wish. We will do our very best to delivery the codes as soon as they become available pending any delay in release.
UltraCloudHD is not responsible for when codes will redeem or when they will be watchable. We will do our very best to update our listings and inform our customers on a case by case basis as we learn new information but we cannot be held responsible for when codes redeem and when movies will be watchable. As always, if you make a purchase and wish to make a return for any reason, we are happy to offer a full refund as long as the codes have not been redeemed.
